All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods or sales, it may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Time & Fees:
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times and any shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
While we partner with reliable couriers, delays can occasionally happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us — we’ll do everything we can to help locate it.

Returns to Sender:
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or address issues, we’ll gladly reship it — but additional shipping fees may apply.
